Returns for Physical Products
Each original art print is designed in-house and made to order in collaboration with trusted partners. Because of the bespoke nature of these creations, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

This ensures every product you receive is crafted with intention and delivered in perfect condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days. We are dedicated to resolving the issue with care.

Digital Products Policy
All sales of digital goods — including sticker downloads, ebooks, and guided meditations — are final due to their intangible nature.
If you experience technical issues, such as:
- Corrupted or inaccessible files
- Receiving the wrong file
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll ensure you receive the correct content, lovingly and promptly.
