Where do ZENAURA’s products come from?
At ZENAURA, our products are thoughtfully created through a blend of trusted North American partnerships and in-house care. Every offering reflects our commitment to quality, integrity, and mindful craftsmanship.
Candles
Our candles are crafted in partnership with a trusted U.S.-based maker. Each one is hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax sourced from American soybeans, blended with premium fragrances, and finished with lead- and zinc-free eco wicks. They’re free from harmful chemicals and offer a clean, long-lasting burn of 60 to 80 hours.
Art Prints & Quote Prints
Designed in-house at ZENAURA and produced with care through a well-known production partner in the United States, each print is created with intention to inspire calm, reflection, and meaning.
Wellness Essentials (skincare, body care, hair care)
Our wellness products are developed in partnership with a cosmetic lab in North America that works closely with FDA-compliant manufacturers across Canada and the United States. While there is no single certification covering all of our partners, every formulation is developed to meet rigorous safety and quality standards — including clean, thoughtful ingredients, cruelty-free practices, and compliance with both Canadian and U.S. regulations. Many products are also vegan, gluten-free, paraben-free, and sulphate-free.
Digital Products
Our soulful digital offerings — including guided meditations, printable sticker downloads, and reflective ebooks — are personally authored and created in-house. Each resource is a heartfelt extension of the ZENAURA philosophy, crafted to support your inner world with clarity, calm, and meaningful insight.

Most of our products are thoughtfully crafted to be vegan — with a few exceptions where nature’s gifts, like beeswax, play a vital role.

Are ZenAura products safe to use during pregnancy?
All ZENAURA products are thoughtfully formulated with clean ingredients and undergo rigorous safety checks. However, they have not been specifically tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list of any product with your healthcare provider to ensure it’s right for you and your baby.
What is the shelf life of ZENAURA'S products?
At ZENAURA, we honour the importance of purity, freshness, and mindful usage.
General Shelf Life
Most of our wellness essentials have a shelf life of up to 2 years from the date of production. On average, you can expect a validity range of 12 to 24 months, depending on the formulation.
After Opening
Once opened, we recommend using your product within 3 to 24 months. This helps ensure the integrity and effectiveness of every blend remain intact.

How to store your natural skincare products?
The Importance of Proper Storage
Your ZENAURA wellness essentials are lovingly crafted with natural and organic ingredients — chosen for their purity, potency, and gentle care. To protect their integrity and ensure their lasting efficacy, proper storage is essential.

Natural formulations are more sensitive to the environment and can be affected by:

Store your products in a cool, dry place — ideally between 10°C and 20°C (50°F to 68°F). Avoid exposing them to extreme heat or freezing temperatures.

Sunlight
Direct sunlight can degrade natural actives and speed up oxidation. Keep products away from windows or harsh light sources.

- Check expiry dates: Discontinue use after the expiration or PAO (Period After Opening) time has passed.

My product froze during shipping - can I use it?
If your product freezes during shipping due to cold weather, it is still safe to use after it returns to its normal temperature.
What Should I Do If My Product Freezes?
- Leave the product at room temperature for 24 hours before using it.
- Once it has fully thawed, it will perform as intended without any loss of effectiveness.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?
At this time, we do not offer a money-back guarantee, as many of our products are made to order or thoughtfully crafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Additionally, because everyone’s skin and body are unique, results can vary. Our focus is on providing high-quality products with carefully selected ingredients to support your wellbeing, and we encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or concerns before making a purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is not always available, but we run special promotions from time to time where you can enjoy free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

How long does shipping take?

Fulfillment:Crafted in collaboration with our trusted candle partner in the U.S., each candle is lovingly hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax and is thoughtfully prepared within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to gracefully follow your candle’s journey to your sanctuary.
Shipping: We currently offer Standard Shipping only. Estimated delivery times:

2. Art Prints
Fulfillment: Each of our original art prints is thoughtfully designed in-house and made to order in collaboration with our trusted fulfillment partner in the USA. Every piece is prepared with care and intention, then gracefully dispatched within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information upon shipment to follow your artwork’s elegant journey home.
Shipping: We offer both Standard and Express shipping options.

Made to order for optimal freshness, production takes approximately 5–9 business days before dispatch. For larger orders (50+ units), production may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

We invite you to cherish each item, as many of our products are lovingly made to order or thoughtfully crafted through trusted partners and labs in the U.S. and Canada.
Because of the nature of these creations, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
- Art prints/ Quote prints
- Candles
- Skincare, hair care, and wellness products

Can I return or refund digital products?
All sales of digital goods — including sticker downloads, ebooks, and guided meditations — are final due to their intangible nature.

Do you charge customs fees for international orders?
