Shipping, Return & Refund
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! ZENAURA ships Art Prints internationally — bringing our mindful creations to customers around the world, including Europe, the USA, Asia, and most other countries.
The only countries we do not ship to are:
- Russia
- Ukraine
- North Korea
- Israel
- Egypt
Customs & Delivery Times
While we strive to ensure a smooth shipping experience, please be aware that international orders may experience occasional delays, especially for larger shipments, due to customs processing. Although rare, such delays are unfortunately beyond our control.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is not always available, but we run special promotions from time to time where you can enjoy free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
Promotional free shipping applies automatically at checkout when active.

How long does shipping take?
Each of our original art prints is thoughtfully designed in-house and made to order in collaboration with our trusted fulfilment partner in the USA. Every piece is prepared with care and intention, then gracefully dispatched within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information upon shipment to follow your artwork’s elegant journey home.
Shipping: We offer both Standard and Express shipping options.
Australia & New Zealand | North America
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–5 business days
Worldwide (excl. Egypt, Israel, Ukraine, Russia, North Korea)
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–7 business days
🌿 A Gentle Reminder
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier disruptions. During peak seasons (such as Christmas), delivery times may extend up to 15 business days or more.
If you have any questions about your order’s journey, we’re always here to support you — just a message away.
Please also note that for international orders, rare delays may occur due to customs clearance, especially with larger shipments. These situations, while infrequent, are outside our control — and we appreciate your patience during these moments.
All delivery timeframes are estimated averages. Actual times may vary depending on courier performance, weather, and transit conditions, and are subject to change without notice.
What is your return policy for physical products?
We invite you to cherish each item, as many of our products are lovingly made to order or thoughtfully crafted through a trusted partner in the U.S.
Because of the nature of these creations, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for Art prints/ Quote prints.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We are dedicated to making it right with kindness and care.

How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow its journey until it reaches your doorstep.
You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Your Order” feature on our website.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days of shipment, please reach out to us at hello@zenaura.au — we’ll be happy to assist you.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We are committed to resolving the issue with care and attention.

Can I return or refund digital products?
All sales of digital goods — including sticker downloads, ebooks, and guided meditations — are final due to their intangible nature.
If you experience technical issues such as:
- Corrupted or inaccessible files
- Receiving the wrong file
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll ensure you receive the correct content, lovingly and promptly.

Do you charge customs fees for international orders?
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to customs processing.
