FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING TIME BY PRODUCT 

1. CANDLES

Fulfillment: Each candle is lovingly hand-poured in collaboration with our trusted U.S. candle partner, using 100% natural soy wax. Orders are thoughtfully processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking details will be provided so you can follow your candle’s journey to your sanctuary.

Shipping: We currently offer standard shipping only. Estimated delivery times:

2. ART PRINTS

Fulfillment: Each original art print is designed in-house and made to order in collaboration with our trusted U.S. production partner. Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Tracking information is provided upon shipment so you can gracefully follow your artwork’s journey home.

Fulfillment: Each wellness and beauty item is carefully crafted with a trusted North American cosmetic lab, using natural, plant-based, vegan, and cruelty-free formulations. Production typically takes 5–9 business days, with slightly longer times for larger orders (50+ units).

Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its mindful journey to your door.

For international orders, rare delays may occur due to customs clearance, especially for larger shipments. These situations, while infrequent, are outside our control — and we appreciate your patience during these moments.
